W.i.p. nightclub is fighting against the lawsuit that is going to be filed by NBA star Tony Parker.   Parker is suing the club for $20 million for injuries sustained during the fight between Chris Brown and Drake.   Sources are telling TMZ that the club is saying that it’s not their fault that Parker was injured.

In his lawsuit, Parker claims that the club should have known that there was a beef between Drake and Brown and that they only made things worse by serving both of them alcohol.   But sources in the club are saying that they had no idea that Drake and Brown were going to fight, since neither of them are prone to violence.

“Chris Brown and Drake are not Biggie and Tupac,” the club owners are saying in their rebuttal.

The club is saying that the fight quickly spiraled out of control and there was no way to slow it down.  They say that they were sufficiently staffed, since they had 15 security guards working at the time that the fight started.

No charges have been filed to this point.
